David Wayne Callahan è un attore, doppiatore e acting coach americano che vive e lavora a Milano dal 2002. Ha conseguito il Master of Fine Arts in recitazione presso l’Accademia d’Arte Drammatica di Mosca, in Russia, e da allora ha lavorato professionalmente in tutta Europa.
In Italia ha recitato al cinema e in televisione accanto ad attori come Giancarlo Giannini, Christopher Lambert, Pierfrancesco Favino e i premi Oscar Marcia Gay Harden e Richard Dreyfuss.
Per il cortometraggio Moths to Flame, in cui interpreta l’astronauta Buzz Aldrin, ha ricevuto numerosi riconoscimenti internazionali, tra cui il Nastro d’Argento e il Premio Universal Studios per miglior cortometraggio.
È co-protagonista, nel ruolo del Professor Callahan, nel popolare reality show italiano “Il Collegio” ed è volto televisivo, radiofonico e social per numerosi marchi tra cui Fiat, Acer, Vodafone e Luxottica.
Dal 2007 insegna recitazione e dirige produzioni teatrali a Milano, in teatri come Ciro Menotti, Binario 7 e Campo Teatrale. È anche coach per professionisti nell’ambito della Presenza Scenica e del Public Speaking.
È docente ospite presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano e ha lavorato come coach per i docenti dell’ateneo, compresi i relatori del prestigioso evento TEDxBOCCONIU. È stato ospite del podcast Bocconi “Clarity in a Messy World”.
La sua voce è presente in documentari, cartoni animati, spot televisivi e radiofonici trasmessi in tutto il mondo.

David Wayne Callahan is an American actor, voice actor, and acting coach who has lived and worked in Milan since 2002. He earned his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the Moscow Art Theater in Russia, and has since worked professionally across Europe.
In Italy, he has appeared in film and television, acting alongside stars such as Giancarlo Giannini, Christopher Lambert, Pierfrancesco Favino, and Oscar winners Marcia Gay Harden and Richard Dreyfuss.
In the short film Moths to Flame, where he plays astronaut Buzz Aldrin, he received several international awards including the Italian Nastro d’Argento and the Universal Studios Award for Best Short Film.
He co-stars as Professor Callahan in the hit Italian reality show “Il Collegio”, and is a recognizable face on TV, radio, and social media for major brands such as Fiat, Acer, Vodafone, and Luxottica.
Since 2007, he has been teaching acting and directing theatrical productions in Milan, working in theaters such as Ciro Menotti, Binario 7, and Campo Teatrale. David also coaches professionals in Stage Presence and Public Speaking.
He is a guest lecturer at Bocconi University in Milan, and has trained faculty members—including TEDxBOCCONIU speakers. He was also featured on Bocconi’s podcast “Clarity in a Messy World.”
